After having a really disappointing experience at the Lebanon location, I was hesitant to try dropping off a large Amazon return again. But since the Mason store is close to my work and I needed to return the item before getting charged, I decided to give it a shot.
I’m so glad I did—Gus went above and beyond. He not only helped me carry multiple heavy boxes into the store, but he also took the time to repackage the return to make sure everything was secure and ready to be sent back. “Paige is the best. I completely forgot about the 2$ charge for printing a return label. I only had a 20$ on me and instead of her making me break the 20$. She waived the fee...or paid it herself. Lol im not sure. Either way....I have more money for plants now. And that makes my day! Also there were atleast 7 people in line and she was seemingly the only one in there at 9:30 am. Eventho it was early...she still had a smile on her face and she was making the line move! Thanks again Paige! I love nice people!”
