Randy made the paperwork process a breeze (and was patient / didn't pressure me while I took some time to consider the legit Ford warranty deal offered on my used Mazda (I declined it but question it might be more of a typical used car warranty because partnerships between Ford and Mazda ended in 2018 and phased out completely by 2020)).
