“I shop at this location frequently. I always rely on one person to help me, his name is David in the nursery. I have bought several different shrubs at different times. He was always very helpful and friendly. He recommended Biotone fertilizer and I’ve really noticed a difference. He has gone out of his way to help me, even helping me with perennials. When I’ve asked about annuals he’s even taken the time to show me everything I need with them also! Petitti’s is lucky to have such a great employee that is interested in customer’s needs. “When you walk in there's a sign that says "you're going to love us" and we did!
We've lived in the falls for a very long time and never came in until about 2 weeks ago. 4 visits later with the most helpful friendliest sales staff you'll ever see (hi Joe and Tiffany!) we bought a new dining room set and all new furniture for our living room. We couldn't be happier. We'll have to find reasons to go back!”
“I love my new furniture. It just came today. I picked it out 3 days ago and it's already here! We did come to realize once it was delivered that I did not have space for the armless chair to extend the sectional out. I called the store and let them know and they had absolutely no problems reimbursing me. They were very kind and very helpful and made the process very easy for us.”

“Love my benches! Great service. Quick response to questions. Purchased 2 custom engraved 4' recycled plastic benches in cedar color with dark green inlay and brown bases. Their website shows you can only get black bases but upon speaking with Ben Denker of Bright Ideas I learned you can get other base colors for a small additional charge. I was EXTREMELY happy with the quality of the engraved dark green resin inlay. The lines in the lettering were sharp and the color beautiful and glossy. I also had a non-standard modification request for font size which they quickly and happily accommodated. It turned out perfectly! There was a minor issue by the third-party freight carrier (not Bright Ideas fault) that was quickly worked out but I was extra impressed when Jami from Bright Ideas called me to ensure everything was OK with my order. This is a small 6-8 person shop that provides highly personalized service and knows their trade and products well. Highly recommend!”
