I called the store sent the pictures and The employees were very helpful and made sure a replacement will be on its way. I purchased a love seat and couch about two years ago from Wayside 100% online. I recently decided to do some remodeling and my current couch and loveseat won’t fit with the new design. So when I realized I needed to begin furniture shopping my first instinct was to check out Wayside’s site and see what they had. I wish they had fewer options to choose from as I spent way too much time trying to eliminate two of my three top picks. Anyways, made the decision and now for the second time made my entire purchase completely online. As before shortly after I received an email from Bob outlining the time in which to expect my furniture and because it is a special order set that it may be quite a few weeks. I anticipated that and am fine with the wait time. Bob is a real person, not some AI bot in a data center consuming our resources and polluting our environment! Real customer service as I remember it to be is still alive and well at Wayside! Thanks Bob! Anxiously awaiting the call to schedule delivery. :)”

“I shop at this location frequently. I always rely on one person to help me, his name is David in the nursery. I have bought several different shrubs at different times. He was always very helpful and friendly. He recommended Biotone fertilizer and I’ve really noticed a difference. He has gone out of his way to help me, even helping me with perennials. When I’ve asked about annuals he’s even taken the time to show me everything I need with them also! Petitti’s is lucky to have such a great employee that is interested in customer’s needs. This is why I keep returning to Petitti’s instead of the big box stores! Keep up the great customer service!”
“Love my benches! Great service. Quick response to questions. Purchased 2 custom engraved 4' recycled plastic benches in cedar color with dark green inlay and brown bases. Their website shows you can only get black bases but upon speaking with Ben Denker of Bright Ideas I learned you can get other base colors for a small additional charge. I was EXTREMELY happy with the quality of the engraved dark green resin inlay. The lines in the lettering were sharp and the color beautiful and glossy. I also had a non-standard modification request for font size which they quickly and happily accommodated. It turned out perfectly! There was a minor issue by the third-party freight carrier (not Bright Ideas fault) that was quickly worked out but I was extra impressed when Jami from Bright Ideas called me to ensure everything was OK with my order. This is a small 6-8 person shop that provides highly personalized service and knows their trade and products well. Highly recommend!”
“I give 5 stars because of Tiffany she is awesome she has went out of her way to do things and get things done for me we have been customer's for almost 2 years and if it wasn't for her and Matt we would of went elsewhere I do want to say when Matt left shame on Eagle for over looking Tiffany as his replacement she knows and does more then anyone else there. She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.”

“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”
“Chris was great. He went above and beyond delivering my grocery order from Target. But I don’t know how to tip him. They don’t touch target doesn’t let you leave a tip when you place your order they said do it when you do your review all this I can’t do it here so all went well except for this. Chris definitely deserves a tip and I definitely don’t know what to do for right now till I get this figured out I want to say a big big thank you to Chris who delivered my groceries.”
