“I have used this location for all my UPS needs for years. They are always quick and friendly. There isn't much room to stand in line or whatever but they generally don't keep you waiting for very long.
Overall they get an A plus”
“My business rented an office there from 2011 until 2019. My experience with them was awesome. The rent was appropriate and whenever issues arose they were always dealt with promptly. If I needed help with making physical changes they were there to help. Since I needed to close the office I have maintained a mailbox there and they continue to be helpful and courteous.”

The store itself is smaller, but there is room for a few people to queue, as well as all of the basic packing supplies for purchase. The store is located within a strip mall with a modest parking lot, but there has always been ample parking when I've stopped in.
On a side note, there is a USPS mailbox out front that only accepts letters, not packages.”

The lady I spoke with over the phone really cared about how much I was going to spend on shipping and helped me lower that price. I wish all independent shipping services were this dedicated to their customers. It was still not cheap, but I'm not in Ohio, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks again, I will definitely use again if i purchase from auctions in this area.”

“Just was at the UPS store to ship two items that Amazon gave us two different labels one paid for and one not. The boxing was wrong also. Very busy place lots of customers coming in. Justin was amazing, Great attitude and help me sort out how to get the items shipped and reboxed at a reasonable cost. Nice work Justin!”
