“A big thank you to Monroe Auto Repair! I noticed a few days ago my mini van was making the dreaded rotor screech. I’m a busy working mom and needed the repair done today as it is my only day off. I called a little after 1pm and was told to drop it off. They repaired it within an hour and half, at a fair price and I was back on the road. “A tire on our 16' box trailer shredded on the highway and good 'Ole Google asserted that Ziegler Tire off Reed Rd was the closest shop to us. 6 minutes later we were skeptical whether this shop did non-commercial vehicle tires. Darryl, the employee we were graced with, went out of his way to go down the street to get the size tires we needed. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (literally) to serve our needs. I'm impressed ? and grateful ?
