I bought a set of Goodyear KO3s for my Jeep Wrangler at a really good price, and they had them installed in no time! Shortly after leaving, though, my TPMS light came on, so I took it back.
Eric went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He stayed almost an hour after closing trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out Jeep had changed the system codes, which made getting the TPMS to communicate correctly a little more complicated. But Eric didn’t give up—he kept working at it until he figured it out and got me taken care of.
That kind of hard work, patience, and dedication to a customer deserves to be recognized. He could have easily told me to come back another day, especially after closing, but he didn’t.
