“I'm not sure what they could do to make the experience any better than what we received. The truck was super clean, in great shape, ready to go as hoped, easy to book, easy to return, and more. Having a lift available was something we didn't know we needed until moving heavy objects wore on people. It made a hectic wedding catering trip much easier.”

They answered all of our questions and were quick and efficient with check in/out process. - The deposit and requirements were clearly explained, including what was needed for the rental and when the deposit would be released after return.
- Vehicle inspection was done with me, so everything about fuel, mileage, and condition was clear before leaving the lot.

- The location offers a good selection of clean, well‑maintained vehicles, from practical cars for everyday use to larger options for trips.
- The car I received was clean inside and out, drove great, and fit exactly what I needed from the reservation.
- Optional extras like different fuel options and protection plans were explained but never pushed, which was very respectful.”

I use them for my corporate rentals for work and my first personal rental. They deal with alot of difficult customers with grace and urgency. I will always choose them!”
“The customer service by Dalon was the best was the best possible and if I could give him more stars I would. I reserved a truck and when I arrived there were two trucks to select from. This experience was completely different from a car rental location on Union Centre Blvd. I've been a long time renter from another car rental company but Avis has won me over with this easy car renting experience.”

“From the moment I stepped into the rental place I felt at ease. The gentleman behind the counter was helping another customer and he was so engaging and friendly. I kept looking at him like I knew him from somewhere.
When it was my turn to interact, I told him who he looked like and turns out it was his brother! We went on taking about that I didn't get his name and I'm sorry for that. He told me he didn't think that I was coming but he looked at the reservation and saw that I was flying in because I was returning the car to the airport. Now this is what I call customer service at its best! My flight was delayed and he could have given the car to someone else but didn't thank God! He engagement alone will make me rent from you all again!
I wanted to add this tidbit. It snowed the day I was leaving and the amount was a few inches. I went to put my luggage in the trunk and there's a snow scraper to my delight! I'm not sure if other car rental companies do this but THANK YOU! It definitely can in handy.”

“Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I rent a vehicle from here every few weeks and I never have to worry about my car not being ready and it’s always clean. I’ve dealt with many issues when trying to rent from other companies that I don’t have to worry about here. I’ve been renting vehicles from this location consistently for 3 years now and prefer not to go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.”
