“It took me some running around to get the rental squared away due to the fact I was using a cash app card that enterprise does not accept, (at least the Middletown Ohio location doesn't) However, the staff were all very helpful and friendly with the entire process. When returning the vehicle, I misunderstood the holiday hours and extra charges but again the staff was extremely helpful with getting it sorted out and even gave me some of my deposit back and also offered to give me a gas credit for the overfilled level upon return. I was so pleased with the costumer service that I kindly passed on the offer. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Couldn't recommend more! “The car was great. Very clean and nice. I got in and out of the door quickly on the day I picked up the car. The 5-star rating is primarily about the customer service I received at the Cincinnati-Columbus Road Enterprise location, which has made our family loyal Enterprise fans. We were lucky to work with Darrell, who provided us with warm, caring, efficient service from the minute we walked in, and throughout our rental car experience, which ended up being 162 days. We needed the rental car for almost six months following a traumatic accident my daughter was in, in which she was hit by a semi. The customer service we received at Enterprise on Cin-Columbus Road made a real difference - it provided a very positive, upbeat experience at a time when it was truly needed. At one point during this long-term rental, a situation arose when I was out of town. I needed help obtaining details about the car, and I needed the info NOW. I reached out to Enterprise and fortunately got Darrell on the phone. He understood the urgency and did everything in his power to help me. It involved a lot of steps on his end but he jumped in - just took care of business. I was truly amazed and moved by his level of commitment and care in helping out a total stranger who was in a tight spot. He helped me out the way you’d help out a friend. Above and beyond. We received the type of service that has made us loyal to Enterprise. Of course they’ll be our go-to car rental business moving forward. Thank you, Darrell!”
“The 23 Charger we rented was perfect for our trip to Florida. Rode and drove great. The only negative thing was the outside cleanliness of the car could have been better, and windows could have been cleaned. Staff was friendly and very informative. Great car selection. “I rent from this location several times a year due to traveling for work… Normally when I pull up, they don’t have vehicles ready or they are out of stock for whatever reason… Since I am normally pretty flexible, I usually don’t mind waiting - the old team was always pleasant - but this past weekend was a totally new experience. Not only were there several cars available. They were all cleaned, and I was able to pick which one I wanted. Josh the assistant manager even pulled the car up and had the air conditioner on- exceptional custom service ! While Josh was pulling my current car up, I was solidifying my next rental with the young man behind the counter. He was super pleasant, and very accommodating. I received superior customer service this time around and I’m very excited that I was able to leave within 10 minutes after arriving. Great job to the new management and team.”
