“Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. - Vehicle inspection was done with me, so everything about fuel, mileage, and condition was clear before leaving the lot.

- The car I received was clean inside and out, drove great, and fit exactly what I needed from the reservation.

“Although i ended up liking my rental, it was not what i reserved. I was sent to that location specifically because i asked for a pickup. Once there i was told none were available even though there were 3 on the lot. Those i was told were just for enterprise truck rental customers. Then to make matters worse, the truck i had reserved cost much less than the van i was placed in. Although i did get a small discount, I felt i should have gotten the van at the truck price since i had one reserved and only once i was there was i denied my reservation. This isn't how enterprise used to do business. But everything else was great. Just started out on a really bad foot. I felt i had to pay for your mistake. One bright spot; i liked the van i rented from you so much i ended up buying one just like it. So thanks very much for that.”
