“Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. - The deposit and requirements were clearly explained, including what was needed for the rental and when the deposit would be released after return.
- Vehicle inspection was done with me, so everything about fuel, mileage, and condition was clear before leaving the lot.
Car quality and options
- The location offers a good selection of clean, well‑maintained vehicles, from practical cars for everyday use to larger options for trips.
- The car I received was clean inside and out, drove great, and fit exactly what I needed from the reservation.

“Was having some car issues with my personal vehicle and needed something to get to work. Unfortunately, this all happened during the very massive snow storm that hit Cincinnati.
I went into budget and Kevin helped me. He was incredibly helpful, got me the vehicle I needed to get around safely in the snow and made it a super quick and easy process.

“I’ve had about six rentals from this facility in 2026 and many more in prior years. My most recent experiences have been all positive. The staff have been super friendly, the cars are always clean, and I have been getting much newer cars as it appears they are upgrading their fleet. I’ve had no issues with payments or my reservations. My only wish is that my Hertz status would entitled me to free upgrades at this location, but outside of that, I would recommend this location for vehicle rentals.”
