“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. “Great spot, insane deals, caring employees. The dude I talked with today was willing to match a really strong online deal that was out of stock on their site. They had that same shoe in my size and he matched the online price. He also checked/found backstock on a new pair of authentics that was out of my size on the shelf. The deals they have in here are solid, and if you're kind and respectful with the employees, you get the same in return. You're fast asleep if you're not stopping in here when you're in the area.”
