“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“My favorite store in the outlet mall. They usually have a good selection of shoes and are always helpful to find the size you need. They also give good recommendations for their shoes. She knew what each pair was good for and understood the look we were going for. Five-star customer service and five-star product knowledge. Could not ask for a better experience. Give her some PTO and a raise; she is what you should model other employees after.”

He helped me find a pair but also went over and beyond trying to locate the ones i was looking for and wrote all the information down as mine were discontinued and where i might be able to find them.
