“The West Chester location of USPS is by far the most efficient experience I've ever had mailing packages. I stop by every morning to drop off a good number of boxes and such. They are always friendly and get people through the line quickly.”
“This is absolutely my favorite post office, of ANY of the post offices I have ever been in, to include other states!! It is not my closest Post Office, but I drive out of my way to go to this post office. It is very large with lots of space. The personnel are extremely helpful and patient.”
“Kings Post office is my go to place to drop off packages. I get to see Chris and his team there 3 times a week. They are super friendly and always willing to answer questions. Quick and easy everytime.”

“I was sending a package out of State. I was concerned because I wasn't receiving info on tracking. I called Springboro USPS and talked to a supervisor. He was very helpful, and took time to explain a few things. Then he followed up via phone just to verify it was delivered. Thank you so much Brian. You went above and beyond.”
“This little Post Office is the best experience I've ever had dealing with USPS! Super helpful, always a pleasant attitude with a smile. Never a line, Quick in and out. They always give me multiple Shipping quotes helping me save money. Keep up the great work and thank you!”
“Someone parked in front of my mailbox so my mail/a package I was expecting was not able to be delivered. I contacted Trenton Post Office to see if I could pick it up and a kind individual named Nick offered to grab it from the mail carrier and went as far as to deliver it to my house. I am still shocked at the wonderful customer service I was shown.”
“Love the nice ladies who are kind and understanding every time I take a little trip to this post office! My prepaid packages make it to their destination pretty much 100% of the time, rarely losing any. I plan on coming back for the foreseeable future! ✌️”
“I had not mailed anything here in a long time. I just want to say how much the customer service has improved here. The clerk was so friendly and I walked right in with not a long wait. I will definitely start coming here again”

“Coming from a big city this post office is great! The post office where I used to live would have 4-5 people working counter and the line would take forever! Each time I’ve been here one person and wow they are fast friendly and very efficient!”
