“Gennywas very hand on in showing us around and was so helful *Update* it seems that Public Storage has a door adjacent to the office. It appears someone resides there, though they are not affiliated with Public Storage. They are very rude and hostile be careful. Like how was I supposed to know you not part of the establishment when you live on the property. Very weird.”

Moving across states is difficult. From estimating the job, packing the house, storing goods and delivering on time - Planes hit a home run.”

“Without looking at the storage facility on site, I chose KO Storage because I only need it temporarily til fall and it was the most cost effective than any other units around. The online application was easy except I was confused about the area on the app to input your payment info. Found out in that you stop at that point before entering your payment info until the move on day. Once I arrived. I was immediately impressed with the security gates, the cleanliness of the facility property. Then I called KO to let them know I was there ready to move in. The customer service rep was friendly, well spoken and instructions were easy to follow. Once you complete the application, I gave the customer service rep my payment info so it didn't go online. After everything was completed, she had me come up with a 6 digit number that was easy for me to remember but, it can't start with 0 (zero). That number will become your gate passcode to get into the storage units to find your assigned unit number. Once through the gates I was further impressed how very clean the entire outside facility was very clean, well maintained and all looked relatively new. So was the inside of my unit. The floor was completely free from dirt, dust and debris of any sort. I'll recommend KO Storage facility located in Franklin Ohio on 1073 N. Main St.”

My only complaint was the constant increase in the price.
Staff were always helpful and knowledgeable.
At checkout, Sarah Anderson (I found her card!) was most helpful. She was gracious and accommodating. She is a wonderful ambassador for your company.

I keep my and my girlfriends motorcycles here and just drive there and park, get the bikes, go ride, come back, and grab the car. Some others won't let you keep motorcycles in storage or let you keep your car there, so it's perfect for what I need it for”

“Hours say daily till like noon I think. U can try to call, leave a message if u can, they will get back with u. I've yet to see an 'employee' on the property except for about 6-7 weeks ago (give or take) a power outage caused the gate to REMAIN CLOSED with me trapped inside the facility!!!! Tony came and saved the day having me out of there within like 20-30 min....Decent prices for units and 24 HOUR ACCESS!!!! Plus they have U-hauls available for rent!!!!”
