I actually belong to OTF Anderson, but for the past year I’ve had the opportunity to take classes at OTF Montgomery 1-2 times a month. Even though I don’t belong this location, the staff doesn’t treat me any different and they’re so welcoming. This is the studio you want to join if you’re looking for a good workout, good community and awesome coaches. Every time I go to OTF Montgomery, Ajia is the coach for the classes I take. She is one of my favorite coaches. Her classes are top notch and she pays attention to people and their needs throughout the class. “Terrific facility. Lots of options for walking, running, machines, three pools, terrific staff. Would note that there are a lot of adult exercisers who are rehabbing or keeping up health as they age. Not as many young people as other gyms.”

“D1 is under new ownership and they are a top-notch team!
Prior to D1 closing, I had been a member at D1 for several years. Once I spoke with Mike (New Owner), I was convinced to re-join. The energy, passion and vision Mike has for the D1 coaches and members are electrifying.
I’ve been working with Dominic for a few sessions and just by making small changes in my form, I feel stronger and more confident. Dominic challenges me to be a better version of myself! Not only is Dominic an excellent trainer, he’s also supportive and personable.

“New Cov Crossfit it's a great place to go and workout, all the coaches are amazing specially Taylor Conaway & Jenna McVey, also the rest of the crew are very kind and friendly. The facilities are excellent always clean, with enough room and the equipment is in very good condition. Adding that every year they are renewing it. “My son (not a pitcher) injured his neck and back during a baseball game. A few months later, he developed severe elbow pain and was unable to throw. After months of visits with doctors and therapists, we were told that the pain would get better as his strength improved. Feeling that they were missing something, I brought him in to see Travis Clark after reading his biography. It seemed like he would be able to understand what my son was going through and be able to evaluate his throwing techniques. After watching my son toss for a few minutes, Travis was able to tell us exactly where and why he was having pain. He has been working with my son for 8 weeks, and we have seen remarkable improvements. Travis is very invested in the kids he works with and is able to adjust his training techniques to meet their individual needs. The training and exercises he has given our son have eliminated his pain and helped to increase his throwing strength and velocity as well as his confidence. I wish we would we have found him much earlier in our son’s recovery!!!”

“If you would like to try Pilates? This is the place to be. After several sessions of Pelvic Floor Therapy, my Physical Therapist said that Pilates is the only type of exercise she recommends for women. I tried classes at other places, but found an immediate home at Fit Philosophie. We work hard AND have fun. No place I’d rather be. Cannot say thanks enough to these incredible women for making me feel strong again! ??”
