“Fantastic experience with this facility and staff! When trying to locate a storage space that’s convenient and clean I happened to find Life Storage in Western Hills/Crookshank Rd. The price was affordable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Rob seemed to not only be knowledgeable and pleasant but also concerned about the storage space that we chose being the best choice to fit our needs and our pockets. Will recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place and location to store their goods. Thanks again Rob!”

“The 3 guys that came to set up my furniture were timely and polite. When coming into the house they promptly took off their shoes before going upstairs. They quickly brought my items in and put together my furniture. They made sure to take any trash with them as they left. I was highly satisfied with the service that I received. And would willingly use them again.”

“Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri.
The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be.

“The manager is great! The facility is always clean and secure. Never had an issues with pests or security. The down side is that there never seemed to be any carts around to help with the heavy items. The rate increase was pretty standard and I was there for about a year and half before it got the point where I had to move out because of the cost.”

“I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. Diane, Planes Surveyor/Move Estimator assigned Kristen, one of their best drivers for my move to another state, and in turn, Kristen hired the best packers. My belongings were very well packed and delivered. However, no matter how much care is taken, items do suffer some damage. It comes with the territory of moving, and I have moved internationally and nationally many times. I haven’t fully unpacked, but so far, so good, no major damage.
Diane arrived on time for our meeting. She was knowledgeable, honest, caring and kind. She gave great advice on what needed to be done to properly protect my antiques, and to help keep cost down. She guided me through the whole process.
Once the contract was accepted and signed, Kyra, Move Coordinator was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well. She was very responsive when we had questions or needed something.
Kristen, Driver and Move Overseer for packing, loading, delivery and unloading, was very conscientious, efficient, meticulous, caring and kind. Kristen made sure that everything was well wrapped, packed, loaded, and delivered. Kristen was present every step of the way. The care she took of everything put me at ease.
All the staff who packed, loaded and unloaded at both locations, from the state of departure to state of arrival were great. They were hardworking, very efficient, and very careful with my possessions.
Customer Service Personnel were also great. Kyra and Kristen were in constant contact with me and other family members throughout the whole process. The entire team was very responsive, efficient and caring. I highly recommend Planes Moving and Storage for your move. You will be in good hands with a FIVE STAR MOVING COMPANY!.”

“the lady in the front was very nice. After 3 months of being there, there was no mold or mildew or rat chewings or droppings. My stuff was looking good and i did have cardboard boxes in there, so I was worried but it was okay! I would go here again if i ever have the need. it was relatively cheap for a smaller container at about $30 a month after tax and insurance, with the first month free.”
