“Fun can be had by all at JPs, whether you want to stop in for a drink after work, catch the game with the fam, or even just swing through to pick up a snack. My nieces and nephews love going up to pick out a candy bar and play a game of shut the box while we chat with friends. Ronak and Raj are always there to help find anything you need and if they don’t have it they will do their best to get it in the store for you. I’ve met so many amazing people thanks to JPs and I’ve introduced JPs to many amazing people. When I take someone to JPs for the first time they are immediately struck by the community that has been cultivated in a small town gas station and they can’t wait to go back again and again. I will never stop supporting this establishment or the environment it promotes and strives hard to maintain.”
“If you are in need of a good car battery for a decent price? You need to come here! The batteries have gone up in price since the last time I purchased them, but only by $20 bucks! Still a great deal for $60 bucks plus a core of $12 bucks. Everywhere else was $135 for my 97' Toyota Avalon.”

I highly recommend this place and it's a gas station too. This is a good place to grab a quick affordable lunch as well.”

“This place is just an overall nice little place to shop if you need to get groceries in a more personal and friendly environment, not like those big chain markets. The owner, David, is a butcher by trade and cuts and packs the frozen meat himself. Hot deli has pork chops every Thursday and it's a local favorite! If you need a break from all the Walmarts and Targets and Krogers, I'd highly recommend you consider stopping here!”

“The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes I can’t get a printed receipt at the pump because it’s out of paper. It happens too often. I usually only buy gas there. It’s good for that. Well lighted, clean.”

“This is the best pharmacy in the entire CVS chain. Renee and Jeanna are amazing. I drive past 2 other CVS stores to get my meds here. The people whining about weekend hours need to have their things delivered or go to a different CVS with an overworked and underpaid staff that’s open til 9 PM and on weekends.”
“I am a long-time customer of this Walgreens. - Jay, the pharmacist, is great! He usually cracks a joke or makes me smile. I appreciate his attentiveness. - There is a lady with blonde hair who is either at the register or behind the pharmacy counter. I have failed to get her name. However, she's a riot! I love a sense of humor when I am checking out and she never fails! - I had to switch pharmacies recently due to a change in insurance. I was sad to have to leave this Walgreens and go to a competitor.”
“This is the first Walgreens where a pharmacist was nice enough to recognize how lost I was and come around the counter to help me find a shelved product.Not only did she lead me to what I wanted, she asked me a few key questions and then handed me this great looking product that was half off and checked off every box for me. “Good coffee with my creamer in the big bottles so it helps cool your coffee off & they usually have my husband's creamer too. Carmel Macchiato, and Chocolate Caramel. If you have these 2 creamers, your my kind of store! Thank you! Some employees are a little rude but most of them are nice.”

“Lived in Edenton my whole life and I have been going to buck's ever since the first day they opened and I have to tell you that buck is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life there has been a few times that I have gotten there after he has closed and walking to his truck to leave but nope he opened the store just for me even being late so he is just one of those class a kinda people that will help you out .”

“Went in for ice cream with my family recently on a Sunday evening (but we've been coming here for years). The ice cream flavors are unique, tasty, and texturally satisfying! The price is about $6 for 2 scoops which is a reasonable amount of ice cream for one sitting... but there happened to be a BOGO deal this time. There seem to be different deals every once in a while so take advantage of them. Shoutout to Dakota who served our ice cream. Very personable and excellent customer service skills!”

“I've been buying gasoline and small items at this store since 2005 and the couple who run the store, here in December of 2018, are the nicest and friendliest this store has seen in all that time. They work hard controlling inventory as it's only during their time that I've never seen expired milk on the shelf, and they keep the store spotlessly clean and inviting. I also love that Marathon gasoline is now Top Tier rated for a heavier detergent package than in the past. Google for Top Tier fuel lab results if curious.”
