“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”

“I'm not sure what they could do to make the experience any better than what we received. The truck was super clean, in great shape, ready to go as hoped, easy to book, easy to return, and more. Having a lift available was something we didn't know we needed until moving heavy objects wore on people. It made a hectic wedding catering trip much easier.”

“When I arrive, the truck that they had assigned for me was actually in a group of vehicles that were being serviced. However, they quickly rectified the issue, and I was on my way. Drop off was very easy and everybody. Every one was helpful, polite and easy to work with.

“Son moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. I rented a 10ft truck and an auto transport. I added a storage, 1st month free. Storage at this location was clean and had indoor parking for loading/unloading. My sons apartment was ready within a the week. So the 1st month free was handy. Storage Manager and personnel was extremely helpful throughout the process.”

They were understaffed, but the manager there gave his honest opinion that the guy they had doing hitches that day wasn't experienced enough to get the job done correctly on my new car. He transferred my reservation to a different UHaul and coordinated with them to get my job done that same morning. Props to them for being honest about if they could get it done, and for being proactive to make it right for the customer.”

“I have two boxes in storage at this location that I desperately needed to get into to look for my passport for an unexpected work trip.. They typically require 24 hours notice to access storage boxes to so can locate & bring them out. I called up in a panic in the morning when I realized my passport was in one of the boxes and spoke to a woman who immediately went out and located & got them down as soon as she could. A few hours later I was able to get into my boxes & found my passport! She was beyond helpful & saved my day & trip!!”

Gentleman who helped me had me in and out within 5 minutes. Usually I'm 15-20 minutes at a corporate location”
