“Had an appointment at another place for some services. Newer to the area and heard about this place since the one with my appointment didn't work out. I called this place at 10am. Asked if they were able to mount and balance 5 tires total on this date. I figured it was a no. I was wrong. They said they could take it in two hours from the call and get it done. I showed up a bit early as I always do to everything. They still took it in early, got all the work done in a reasonable amount of time. If you're looking for quality work and good customer service from a mom and pop style shop, this is the place. I will be a recurring customer from this point on. They even installed wheel spacers I had purchased in order to help with larger tires. Honest service and didn't try to sell a bunch of unnecessary stuff either.

Have had a few issues repaired here since I moved to town. Kate up front is always super friendly and helpful, the owner calls directly if anything needs to be explained. Price is good, work is done right by experienced techs. Anytime there's a hiccup they communicate and get it done. I do all my work here, highly recommend!”

“I had seen Alan's before just driving by. I contacted them about doing some work on my alternator, and it was done for. He checked it to make sure that was the problem, and when he quoted me a price, it was considerably less than many or rather all of the other places I had called. My headlights were foggy. He polished them as well. As well as all his other reviews, I was very pleased with the price, level of professionalism, and knowledge of diagnosing the issue. I'd recommend them for any of your auto repair needs.”

“I’m extremely satisfied. I felt listened to & not talked down to. They did a full inspection on everything & gave me a very detailed list of “red light” things that needed to be fixed, “yellow light” maintenance that need done soon, and “green light” maintenance to just keep in mind.
My parts were delayed & they offered me a loaner car.

“Visiting central Ohio for a music festival, came all the way from Boston, MA. Our ambient temperature sensor went bad and we had no air conditioning in the truck. Stopped by this dealership to ask some questions, they offered to fix it. Got us right in (went out of the way to do so because we were from out of town). Replaced and recalibrated the sensor and charged us $26. The staff was friendly and so very helpful when they could've told us they didn't have time for us. Just lovely, lovely people. Thank you, you guys really saved our weekend. An 11 hour drive home with no a/c would've been awful.”
