“I’m extremely satisfied. I felt listened to & not talked down to. They did a full inspection on everything & gave me a very detailed list of “red light” things that needed to be fixed, “yellow light” maintenance that need done soon, and “green light” maintenance to just keep in mind.
My parts were delayed & they offered me a loaner car.

“I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Coshocton Avenue in Mount Vernon. Katlynn helped me with the oil change on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and she was excellent from start to finish.
She was friendly, professional, and very clear about what she was doing. She explained the oil/filter options, made sure I understood what I was getting, and didn’t make me feel pressured to overpay for anything I didn’t need.
I stayed in the vehicle the whole time, and she handled the oil change, checked my fluids, and went over the little details quickly and carefully.
The whole thing took barely 10 minutes, but it never felt rushed. Katlynn was kind, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her work. This location deserves more recognition, and based on my visit, I’ll definitely be back.

“$6 for the automatic car wash, and I cannot complain.My car was one of the dirtiest it's been in a minute and it was near sparkling when finished. A few spots, here and there, but by comparison... I went to one in Fredericktown and paid 3x as much and it didnt do half the job as this one.Pretty satisfied and would recommend.”
