“I have had my accounts with Key Bank Tallmadge Circle for over 15+ years & NEVER have had any issues or bad experiences. All of the employees are always very nice & helpful. Bank Teller Sue/Susan is my absolute favorite, she is very kind, helpful & always able to provide assistance /info with any questions or concerns I may have. I actually switched all of my accounts from 5/3 Tallmadge over to Key Bank due to receiving WAY better service & all Banking options, rates & fees. I have read some of the negative reviews on here & honestly feel they are most likely exaggerated due to customers frustration & misunderstanding the VERY effective, necessary & important security measures that Key Bank has in place for OUR/customer protection & I definitely would not let that influence a decision to not choose Key Bank for all your banking needs.

“I never mind going to the bank when dealing with this branch, as I walk through the door I am greeted with smiling faces and a very nice clean and bright atmosphere. it doesnt seem very busy when I go, i hardly ever need to wait in line. And if you are going there to open an account or get assistance for loans etc there is a nice sitting area for you to relax at while you wait. the tellers are friendly and very helpful, they even helped me with printing up some records at no cost. this branch is like walking in to see your favorite neighbors.”

I've had nothing but amazing experiences every time I have to come in to manage money here. I Highly recommend this branch. Huntington also currently has a money market available at 4.3% or CD at 5% those are some great rates.”
“I have never written a google review before, but after the exceptional customer service I received at the Chase Bank at Hudson Plaza shopping center, I felt obligated to. I came in to try to resolve a credit card issue I had been dealing with for over a month. I previously tried to use online customer service, but after many frustrating attempts, nothing was resolved. At the bank, I was helped as soon as I stepped foot in the building. One of the account managers, Brandyn, took me into her office right away and began working through my problem. She was, by far, the most professional and knowledgeable individual I have worked with at Chase during my decade with the bank. She even mentioned the last time she had assisted me, which was well over a year ago, and asked me about specific details of my life that we had discussed last time. With Brandyn’s help, the issue was resolved quickly. Truly a great experience, that woman deserves a raise! top notch customer service!”
“If you live in the Akron are, you need to have an account with Peoples Bank. I was from out of town and needed assistance with a transaction & the team at Peoples was absolutely spectacular. This branch has a hometown feeling and I was treated like a local long-time customer. The Branch Manager, Ann went completed out of her way to ensure all my need were met. It is rare theses days, but she exceeded all of my expectation. If you have ever felt like your Bank treats you like a just name & number, go see Ann at Peoples.”
