“My mom has been coming here since I was little, known then as Texas 10. I only ever got my oil changed somewhere else twice or three times maybe, ever, and only because I was far away or something. I'm 34 now and have had 4 cars, and they've all been through here. I love the people at Pitt stop; relaxed yet quick, and always super friendly and helpful. I probably talk too much while they're working but it's only because it feels like seeing old friends. Highly recommend, obviously.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area we’ve shopped in.”

“I always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.

“I had a good experience at this gas station. I was on my way to the downtown market and, as expected, parking nearby was impossible to find. A young employee at the station went above and beyond to assist me. He kindly offered to let me park my car at the station, which made my visit to the market so much more convenient. I highly recommend this station for not only services but also its outstanding staff.”
“Recently came here to grab some energy drinks before heading to the in laws. This place is a beautiful, charming gas station with a beautiful Ohio charm. Maintains nostalgia on the outside but it's a typical gas station on the inside. The cashier was really fun to chat with and is a great comedian. Wouldn't mind coming back here”

“I don't know if it's nostalgia.. but I really still prefer Speedway to most stations. This location can get a little busy at peak hours being the only gas station nearby. But they have plenty of pumps, parking spots, and amenities to make up for it. If you wonder if they have it or not.. They probably do. They usually always have hot and cold food on deck. Drinks by the bottle or fountain, and typically come with a restroom and two attendants at the register for real speedy service. Not to mention they are less likely to price gouge their gas prices. It's always an all around decent experience every time. It's too bad they got rid of their smaller flag ship stores Starvin Marvin though. Yeah, I'm a long time local customer to multiple Speedways.”

They have a nice selection of healthy high protein, low-carb snacks in the on the go cooler. If that's not your thing, you can always grab a box of hot fresh buttered popcorn and a drink. “I have worked through Gary here several times and I can honestly say the service that is provided by this small business is superior to any I have used. I have worked with many businesses around town, but these guys are great. They understand what is needed and they do it not only with a smile and a handshake, but with the utmost integrity. They have several times, saved a good deal of cost on jobs that are often over priced, but they do not take shortcuts. They give you the straight story and tell you your options and work with you to get it done. If you are not using these guys you are missing out. Service like theirs is what keeps people talking and brings them back and I fully intend to continue to give this local small business all the business I can.

Part of my enthusiasm is josh who works at this store and is skilled in communication With the customers, go see for yourself. Visit the other Circle K location that is within walking distance from Munroe falls Circle K and you will see the difference yourself. Customer service can be taught and learned this does not mean these individuals are bad workers but they can definitely improve. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere that feels good versus bad. I know that no matter how I feel when I walk in munroe falls store josh has a unique way of bring happiness to the lucky customers that meet him. I hope Circle K takes notice to his value because it's worthy and not to mention this young man goes through a lot just to get there to work every day that behavior should not be overlooked that's hard to find.
