“Current Resident: By far some of the friendliest and most sincere staff, from the front office to the maintenance crew. Today’s work order prompted this review because they not only showed up within an hour, but also fixed the issue and changed a lightbulb for me within that same hour.The complex always looks clean and welcoming, they take care of the snow and ice speedily whenever needed, a great first place to live in Columbus for me and my partner and our cats!”
“My spouse and I have lived at this property since February of 2022, and have had nothing but good experiences with Infiniti in the leasing office, as well as the maintenance staff, especially Bralyn and Angelo. Infiniti saw to it that our AC was replaced between yesterday and today, Angelo advocated for us needing the replacement in the first place and Bralyn spent all day yesterday and today doing a phenomenal job of replacing it. My spouse and I love the relationship we have with Infiniti and the maintenance staff, it’s so personable and makes for a comfortable environment.”
“We lived at Albany Commons twice and had a great experience both times. Love the attached garage, maintenance responded in a timely manner, the grounds are nice with beautiful flowers. Aaron, Angie, Kayla and Tammy in the office were great to work with!”
“Maintenance Repairs: I Putin an order to repair my cupboard, the shelf had fallen. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and my sliding door to the patio was hard to open. John, came right in and fixed all of the issues in less than an half hour. I was impressed! Wonderful job! Thanks so much!”

“Located five mins walk from Walmarts as well as the Bus Transit , less than 500 m from Morse Road and Sunbury Road , with lush greenery all around - this community is one of the best places to live in the entire Easton - Polaris- Dublin area. They respond in a timely manner to any concerns or issues that arise, making sure that residents are well taken care of. The maintenance team is also very efficient and quick to address any maintenance requests. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent staff and top-notch service.”
“Haley is super sweet, the place is a good price for the location and extremely secure (like Alcatraz secure). It’s still quite outdated, and the staff is not the fastest at performing requests. If money is tight and you need a place to live until you can build up enough to go to a better location, then I would recommend. As far as living here long term for several years, I would not”
“Hello, I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years now. When I first moved in some of the office staff was pretty rude and maintenance was not always the best. However, I feel in the past 1-2 years things have greatly improved. I believe there is new management/was a restructure of management. It's not perfect, nothing is, but this is by far the best apartment I have lived in. I feel a lot of people are harsh on maintenance and don't realize that they service a huge community and that they can't focus solely on one person's needs. I think they do the best they can for the most part. There's a few annoying things here and there but overall we live in a fairly safe neighborhood/decent school district for the price point. The office staff has improved tremendously in my time here.”
“I have lived (leased) at the LC Gahanna location for 6 years and I have had exceptional customer service! They have assisted me with pet waste removal (especially since I do not have a pet), maintenance request, package retrieval, and most recently assisting me with breaking my lease to purchase a property in the LC community. There are a number of professionals that have assisted me over the years, but Maddie is the most recent professional that has went over and beyond for me! Thank you :)”
