“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”

“I was in a state of “EMERGENCY”!!! I had a flat while driving. I rode on my tire until I located Katz Tire Shop/ directed there by a cashier at the shell station /corner of Alum Creek & Livingston Ave. He pointed me in the right direction. I limped my SUV down to KTS and got a tremendous blessing. They were definitely “Angels in disguise”.

“Grismer showed me wonderful customer service!! It was the first time going there. I had an emergency. I had a flat tire while on my way out of town on a Friday. They fit me into their schedule, ordered me a new tire, put on my spare so I could be on my way. The new tire arrived Monday. I received a call to tell me it had arrived. I went in and they installed it and reset my automatic settings and I was on my way. All at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them!”

“I did not end up going to this location, but it was simply because they were booked on the day that I had to go in. I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). I let Avenue Auto Repair know that I wouldn't be coming in, but I appreciate them reaching out to me as soon as a time slot was available.”
“Really good people!!! From NY Buffalo was down there for sonic temple. Had a tier issue. Stopped in talked to the guys. Pulled car in shop had my tire off and found the problem in seconds. Thought I was going to need a new tire to get home was my stupid valve stem. All in all I was in there shop for at most 20min. Was saved sooo much money well over 70$ for what a tire can cost.

“I needed them to check to see if my battery and starter/alternater were bad. Car has not been starting properly. I was pleasantly surprised when they installed the new battery I had in my back seat and what they charged me was more than reasonable! I had to bust their chops even more because I was so happy!

This location was very convenient. 8 miles away from my pick up easy to access a lot of room to move around enough space for my tractor and trailer reasonable prices and good service. “I had a great experience at Thrope Garage! I came in for a tire alignment, and they went above and beyond. They did a full inspection and even sent me pictures with detailed notes and estimates so I could clearly see what needed attention. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense — no pressure, just honest recommendations. The customer service was excellent, and my car drives perfectly now. Definitely a shop I trust and will keep coming back to! Also very friendly cat to play with while you wait on your car!”

“I have been using Brian’s for years and they are just simply the best. As a female, and before going to Brian, I was taken advantage of by auto repair shops numerous times.
This is never the case with this shop!! They go above and beyond, and they make sure my car is going to be safe on the road. I always feel like I am in the best hands. I picked up my car from them today from an oil change, I had mentioned to them my pesky bike rack that was stuck, and had a hard time removing, and they removed it out of the kindness of their hearts. “So I arrived there with a super low tire thanks to running over something that slashed it badly. It's hot, I'm tired and the flat is super flat. Met one of the workers (maybe owner?) who helped me pull into the garage and lifted the truck. He pumped my old tire to see where the leak was and it was basically FUBAR.
He then showed me the selection of tires that he had and found a few options that would fit me best. After a quick discussion, he then was able to swap the tire out and I was good to go. Whole thing from pulling in, to driving away was about 15 minutes or so max. Heck, with it being so freckin' hot, he even gave me a water bottle too. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick yet reliable tire replacement or fix”
