“I went there to test my alternator, it was good, they tested it. So my starter having a dead spot in it was my final choice after replacing my $ 250 battery. Asked if they had my limited life warranty on record? Nothing since 2008, but I found my receipt for 2020? I'll be talking to a manager tomorrow!”
“Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2024 Ford escape. It was on me and my wife’s to do list to go off the lot with a brand new care- he made that happen. Because of his excellent service and willing to ensure you have the best option, I bought him three new clients which are pleased with his willingness to help and until this day we all share the same testimony! “Several weeks ago, I contacted the AutoZone at North Main, Dayton for assistance in purchasing wipers. I was told that the only wipers for my 2020 Infinity was 40.00 each. and they could not help with installation. I immediately call the Autozone store on S. Main, Englwood, OH. The attendant, named Keeton Longstett, was more than accommodating , Very professional, informative in providing various pricing options and wasted no time in assisting with installation. “A big shout out to the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group, Eric Soehner and his team at the Miamisburg location: Jamie, Tony, Cayte and the painters. They took care of everything. They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good. “NAPA is NAPA! Always consistent...Smack dab in the middle of the country, I lost the fan belt on my '76 Porsche 911S. Not an easy find in neither California nor New York. Even the Porsche dealer didn't have any in stock and wanted an upfront deposit of $75 per belt before they'd even order one for me. My second call was to NAPA, who directed me to their store in Miamisburg that had two in stock. $24.95 each AND THE BELTS WERE MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S.A. This is what I call a happy ending!???=;-{>”

Service at O'Reilly's is normally five stars, price is three stars and selection is four stars.”

“I had a job about 100 feet from this shop and my vehicles battery died. I rode my electric scooter I keep as a backup to this shop. They had a few batteries priced at $40-$50 used. The owner personally went and got two batteries because the first ones terminals were on the opposite side. That speaks a lot about the owner he made it right I appreciate his time.”
