“Been coming here since I moved here back in late 2022 and never had a bad interaction here. They always have what I'm coming for so I've never had to substitute anything. My only complaint is on behalf of the employees. Yall need to take it easy on them if they are short staffed. I seen a sign one day saying they had to close earlier because they had been sent 2 trucks of deliveries with little to no help because of them being short staffed. I'm not sure as to why they are short staffed as I've not worked there before but corporate or who ever runs this establishment needs to take it easy on this store”
“They may not have everything that you need. With inflation and prices is rising every day it's a good place to go get some everyday things at reasonable prices. Even though inflation has hit them also it's a good deal at a buck and a quarter.”

“Best store in the area. The other 2 not so much. The staff here are always super friendly to everyone, tidy and cleaner than the other 2. But they can only do so much with the allowed staff. The company itself overworks and underpays it's employees. Can't blame the staff fully, for the conditions of the stores. The company should be ashamed.I only stop at DG when I'm not feeling great(Lupus) and know what I need is there, because it's close.”

“The last time was in there boxes blocking aisles merchandise was low the young man in charge was doing the best he could to stock shelves and keep customers happy. He was there alone but ladders boxex every where he was trying to help every one I felt like I was in a fire trap with all the ladder an boxes blocking the aisles. I've been to new lebanon location and must more organized”

“We visit the Englewood Dollar Tree on Wednesday November 3rd around 830pm. I usually shop in West Milton because my last visit here, over a year ago was not so pleasant. This store has done a complete change! Very well organized and clean now and stocked! The gentleman that waited on us at checkout was so polite and helpful! Thank you for that ? We look forward to shopping here again”

“Beverly and Paul the night time managers are very professional and helpful. I like shopping after 3pm at this location because the staff is very professional and value there jobs. I don't like going into the store before 3pm, the staff is very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Managers walk around with attitude and mean mugs. The store hours need to be updated online. If the store closes at 8pm then the doors should be locked at 8pm not 7:45pm.”

But we also need the help of our customers to help us keep the store's in our neighborhoods open. that means don't come stealing making stuff more expensive for everyone else. “I was shocked to walk in and see the makeover! This has been needed years. Someone finally got the ball rolling. I took some pics to show them off. Germantown has been the worst dollar tree but now is measuring up to standards. You got to see this!!!”
“The store has improved dramatically since last year. It used to be a total chaotic mess all thetime and was very difficuly to navigate. It's still a little messy, but nowhere near as bad. Getting through the aisles is much easier, and the staff is pretty nice now.”
“5/1/23 2:00pm I was going to give a 1 star rating because of the rude cashier but overall the store was extremely clean and stocked. I love shopping at family dollar because it’s like i mini grocery store. After my wonderful experience shopping I was checked out by a younger brownskin female with long blondish braids/ dreads/ wig that kind of resembles Tina Turner or Chaka Khan just for a visual. She was highly irritated because I asked her not to bag my bread and other soft items with my heavy groceries. She sighed very loudly and didn’t remove the items from being together. So, as she continue ringing up, I politely took the items out of the bag and put them in another.. as I was doing this she smacked her lips very loudly and sighed very loudly . I said to her excuse me if I don’t want my things smashed she said she didn’t care. That’s when I replied. Well, you’re sighing and smacking your lips. That’s when she got very loud and told me its her body she can do what she wants to do and I’m nobody and she doesn’t care about this job.. at that moment I left it alone because she was very comfortable with being disrespectful and that let me know nothing would happen to her from a manager be. I know it’s hard to find good people to work, but family dollar. This is unacceptable that could have easily escalated to more, if I hadn’t ignored it. Another customer might not be as nice and then the employee will try to call the police when something happens to her when he could have been avoided. In the end she didn’t hand me my receipt or item. As I was leaving she was scrolling in her phone”

“OMG let me tell you when I walked into this store it was like walking into a distant memory. Remember how the stores used to be when they was clean, shopable, stocked with supplies and had employees who was friendly, take pride in there work, and seem to genuinely like their job? Much like this terrible sentence structure i was in aww i didnt have to bribe anyone to go grab a box from the back. I wasnt shopping from or tripping over boxes in every aisle. Actually I didn't see not a single box in the aisles in the whole store ? and are you ready for this the whole store (yes i went down every aisle) was FULLY STOCKED??!!!!!!!! Literally spent an hour in there I was just so shocked I only bought 3 things but it was shopable and FULLY STOCKED it would be a disservice not to shop ?”
