“Test message said meds would be $65.99, took my new insurance card to pharmacy a little after 3pm today and the young lady with long brown hair, that unfortunately covered her name tag, waited on me. She was friendly as well as efficient, greeting me warmly as I walked up, entering computer info, then updating my insurance, giving me the new totals, running my credit card for 4.29 and I was on my way with the meds in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive!”

I had a prescription for one pill bottle finished was ready on Monday evening and was not able to pick it up and Tuesday morning. I get a knock on the door and they delivered that medicine for me without even asking what a wonderful store. I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to you.”
“I love their fuel center. I do all my grocery shopping at Kroger and if you have a Kroger plus card, you get points anytime when you shop with them and you use those points to save money on gas, which is SO HELPFUL, especially with gas prices being so high at the moment.”

“This afternoon I took my mom, her friend and myself to the Rite aid pharmacy in Brookville to get our flu shots. We were not aware that they closed for lunch from 1:30-2;00pm.However the pharmacist was super nice and stayed to accommodate us so all three of us could get our shotsHe was very good at giving the shots, didn't hurt a bit. He had the best manner of anyone I have ever spoke with there.I wish we would have asked his name. I did shake his hand and thanked him for all three of us.Thank you so much for your help today Sir. “Woman came out of store glaring at me then started yelling at me in a maroon vehicle, I had just been in the store, she then proceeded to to throw her kid roughly in the car and act as if she was going to fight, I am almost 60 the childish games in Dayton are awful. I'm moving my prescription if this is the type of person who go in this location.”

If you do, they will call your doctor for you.Great pharmacist in all ways. They will guide you, suggest other meds, give you your shots and remind you that it's time to come in for an annual shot.Great people and clean facilities.”

“they've really done a lot to turn this place around. it's still a bit dated as far as looks are concerned. considering the fact that I live in Trotwood and do not drive, this is the easiest store to get too. even though the Englewood store is slightly closer, it takes longer to get their on RTA. Kroger also had some good sales with digital coupons.”

“I have had three bouts with kidney stones in the past three years, including surgery this year. I had visited three stores in New Lebanon for distilled water, and all the stores, including Rite Aid, were out. As I left the store, the manager called me back and stated they had two gallons behind the counter. She was holding for another customer, but two weeks had passed, and they were still sitting idle. I use the water for nasal drainage and drinking (easier on the kidneys). Thanks! I can breathe much better now.”
