“Update: Something changed at Village Pharmacy a while back. I'm not sure if they replaced staff but it's been a different experience for a while now. Everyone is pleasant and nice in recent history and I've no qualms going here now to fill prescriptions.
I've been to Village Pharmacy and called on a number of occasions. Every time I go here or call in, the people that I deal with have poor attitudes and make it seem like I'm inconveniencing them for doing their jobs. The staff desperately need to do something to increase their moral so they're not so incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Just because you guys are the only pharmacy in the area doesn't mean that people won't drive a few more miles to deal with more pleasurable people.”

The staff and Pharmacists have always been knowledgeable, truthful and trustworthy with regards to any questions or concerns about treatments or medications. They've treated me with kindness and respect. In my experience, the staff has been helpful and friendly while maintaining a great deal of professionalism. “Crazy to me that people complain about pharmacists getting a lunch break to eat their food and go to the bathroom and catch a breather WHILE ALSO being on a lunch break ? And then have the nerve to complain about them doing what they want during their LUNCH BREAK. So who cares if they want to talk about their weekend while they’re ON BREAK <~~~ you’re doing what you want on your lunch break. Why do you get a lunch break but no one else does? Why do you get to leave your job to pick up a prescription but a pharmacist is not allowed the same courtesy ?
And ALSO. Check the Ohio State Board of pharmacy. It is a state law that they have to close for a half an hour during the day. You want to complain? Complain to the people who make the rules. Not the company who’s following the rules.
I stand for pharmacies and the people getting time to take a breath so other people aren’t harmed due to pharmacists being overworked and stressed out. I stand for them getting A SECOND to check on their mental health so they don’t commit suicide because of the strenuous work load that is strapped on to them every single day. Have some courtesy.”
“This is a shout out to the 4 high school boys working the closing shift to tonight. I ran in for milk. As I was gathering my small amount of things out of my buggy, I lost my grip on one milk jug, and it broke open. ??♀️They took my broken jug, told me to get another and got all of the milk cleaned up. they didn’t roll their eyes, get irritated or anything. This place has always been wonderful to shop in but tonight was above and beyond. Thank you GE and give those boys a raise.”
“Drive thru...The wait to pick up prescriptions is always at least 20 minutes or more depending on if you get there when it's not busy or there's a ton of cars. It's not anyone's fault, just a busy Pharmacy. The agent at the window was super nice & smiling, I thought I was on Mars somewhere, no one now a days is that nice. It was a female & she was just the sweetest thing, it was hard to believe, but she was very good & fast.”
