She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making what could have been a frustrating process so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing such outstanding customer service. Jennifer deserves all the recognition for the exceptional experience she gave us.
