I have 5 lines of business that have been nothing but issues and problems so far with them, after visiting the store, and seeing the phone selection, and options that much better suit our phone needs, I am happy to port over my business to ATT now. I can honestly say I’ve already dreaded going to cell phone stores, kind of like visiting the dentist, but she made it less painful and very knowledgable about the phone feathers and plans. Incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to not only get me the accessories I wanted but get me the lowest absolute plan and save me money! Essentially costing me next to nothing to upgrade and slurg a little. Truly exactly what customer service is supposed to be ! I'm very happy with this experience. “We spent some major time fixing what the online sales couldn't do due to rules to prevent fraud, we have two residences with spectrum, Ohio and Florida, the staff at New Phila was very helpful and the manager fixed us up with a great package that looks to save us some serious cash. I didn't catch his name but I think it is Joe, we are very satisfied with their service and help!”
“I was not and still am not a customer because Verizon charges an arm and a leg. Received a false quote from a Verizon worker on the customer service line. Then when I went into the store the workers gave me a much higher quote for service and informed me I received a bad quote. While all of that was extremely frustrating. None of that was the fault of the workers at this store. Ian was incredibly helpful and informative. I asked him for multiple quotes because I was simply looking for a better deal than who I had at the time and he was very forthcoming with information. The five stars is simply for his service. Him and his trainee were very professional. I would give his trainee credit but I didn't not request his name.”
