“I had to get a new phone and while I was there my car battery died. Duane helped me by trying to jump my battery and when that didn't work he removed the battery for me so I could go up the street to have it tested and then purchase a new one. When I came back to the store he was off work, but he asked two of the salesmen to assist me and they did without hesitation. Matt and Roman were fantastic. They both helped in getting the new battery in and my car running! I cannot say enough for this group of young men! What a credit to the Verizon store to have such caring individuals. Thank you all so much!!”

We got there at 545 and left around 940 getting new phones, iPads ( from a promo)and home internet . My phone took a lot of time to transfer data and they were patient and stayed late to help.”

I explained to the store agent that my modem and router work very well and we agreed that I really didn't need to replace them! I hear a lot of complaints about Spectrum; however, I have it in Ohio and Florida along with my cell phone service for the last couple years with absolutely no problems!”
