“We just used Queen City and wow we definitely are sticking w them as the process was easy they came faster then anyone and pricing was good ,, we’ve used Ferril and amerigas and this is first time our gauge registers that we got what we paid for so yes there’s a point sometimes using the bigger companies isn’t the best choice this company was honest fast easy I can’t recommend them enough !!!!! “My 94 year old grandmother had a different company install her new gas log fireplace in the fall. That company tried to install a massive propane tank and luckily my grandmother was smart enough to tell them no. So now it's early December, temps are dropping, and my grandmother is without fuel for her new fireplace. I call Suburban on her behalf from North Carolina (she is hard of hearing) and explain how important it is that she gets some propane ASAP. They are more than willing to assist her request for a ~100 gallon tank. Scott and Sean ended up coming out in the pouring rain a couple days later, shortly before Christmas, to install the tank. My grandmother raved about how nice they were. The guys stuck around to ensure the fireplace was working correctly. They spotted a minor problem with the new fireplace fan and contacted the company who installed it to let them know it needed to be fixed. They told my grandmother to call her if the company didn't resolve the issue. Luckily, the issue didn't prevent her from using the fireplace in the meantime. The price was more than fair and the service was incredible.”
