After calling Suburban, they sent out a truck that was on call to make sure we were serviced immediately. Alan responded and was super friendly. He also conducted a safety check to make sure we did not have a leak, and did a walk-through to make sure our gas appliances all started up ok after the fill-up. “Recently moving and being new to the area, we shopped around and found Queen City Propane to be not only the best deal in town but also to have outstanding customer service. So we chose them to fill the tank.Fast forward to Saturday before New Years, we woke up to a cold house, and quickly realized we ran out of propane!
