“It started off a little rocky. We are making the switch from TMOBILE to Verizon. Of course change isn’t easy to begin with. We arrived at the store, and they did have our 2 new phones but neither sales rep knew anything about us, the order, nor how to handle it. Luckily they have someone they are able to call for assistance . The sales guy we had was very kind, and patient. However, it’s obvious there is a lack of a manager. The associates should have been given the opportunity to be trained the right way and not left on their own to try and figure things out. Once the rep located the order it moved fairly quickly. Loving my new 17 Pro Max! It’s perfect’”
“My husband and I came into the store 2 days ago to get his new phone activated. We went to the boost in Pataskala first because it is close to home. Pataskala tried to charge us almost 50 bucks to activate his phone AND they told us that his old phone and new phone does not have Sim cards or memory cards and then tried to sell him those BUT it was the manager who was telling him all of this, who wasn't even in building!!! I told my husband let's go to to the Heath location because I think they are more helpful. Tiffany the store manager greeted us when we walked in. We told her what was going on. My husband handed her his old and new phones and guess what!? She pulled out the sim card with the memory attached to back of it!!! Tiffany was very quick to activate his new phone and transfer his old phone stuff to his new. She was extremely helpful, nice, and welcomed everybody who walked into the store very warmly . She was absolutely wonderful and saved us a huge headache!!! She also told me some "good to know" information about my phone and plan. We will be returning very soon.”

“The service reps are great. They had about any quality of phone that you can image. My monthly plan is only &40 and that includes tax which my former company neglected to tell me about all the extra fees. The rep said it was $40 and that’s exactly what I pay. They said I could save an extra $5 off my bill with auto pay. Ask for Lonnie. I couldn’t believe they were still working there from when I used to go in with parents when I was a child.”
