“New resident. All I needed was for them to put new license plates on. Rusted bolts prevented me from doing it. One bolt broke leaving an embedded stump - 1 of 4 to go. It took them 2 hours to accomplish it, drove me home and back. NO CHARGE! I'm a customer for life!”
“Multiple good experiences, and that’s coming from a picky car guy. I’d say they average 20% less expensive than a dealer, with equal or better quality work. They may be a tick above other independents in price, but that is because they’re uncompromising on parts selection/quality.
As for negative reviewers, the owner and manager are passionate and not going to tolerate nonsense or abuse, but they’ve always been fair and gentlemanly to me.
Also bear in mind, the statistical odds of an older high mileage BMW having an issue around the same time another issue is repaired, is quite high. I think some of this leads to unfair blame.”
“This was my first time here and had a wonderful experience. Jeff was amazing and very personable crew! I am definitely coming back! If you’re looking to get mechanical work done this is the place!”
“I spent years looking for a mechanic that had impeccable service and affordable prices that I could trust with my car. I have been to a dozen auto repair shops in the Tri-county area. None of them have been as close to as wonderful as this shop. You are always treated like a valued customer and my car has never ran more smoothly.Services: Electrical repair”
“I was passing through on the highway when I had tire issues. They were able to help me quickly and without an appointment. And they did not charge me for rotating a spare tire to the back. Very friendly!”
“The owner was quick and efficient in repairing a hole in my tire for a fair price. He was even so kind to help me back out of the parking lot. Highly recommend for an honest tire service !”
“Great service , reasonable pricing. I caught an unexpected flat and I was able to be serviced within the hour ! I really appreciate the good customer service and reassuring!”
“Barry, polite people. They're very nice. I got on my kind of guy came and said how can I help you? It was very polite. I would go there recommend them because they're decent milk people, and they're great. I didn't do get nothing done. All I got airs in my tire and that was awesome. That was an awesome day. Because the guy filled up my tires with their god bless him”
“Good service, good pricing and reliable.
Would be 5 stars but the lady answering the phone needs to find a different job.
Very unpleasant experience.”
“Came to this location because I had some emergency work done at a sister shop down in Kentucky, and I needed some warranty-covered follow-up.
Gio, Dave, and Zach did a great job working through everything, and got me back on the road. I didn’t have any headaches with processing my warranty, which was hugely appreciated!”

“Alex has always been great! Can't say anything bad about him at all! I will say that it's a bit more difficult to get in since they moved to the new location, which is super disappointing bc Alex is a great, trustworthy mechanic. But due to their/our schedules not aligning, we've had to utilize another local mechanic in the area that offers a bit more flexibility, later hours which is extremely convenient for our family & also the labor rates seem to be a bit more fairly priced & affordable which can definitely be appreciated these days.”
