“I am mostly in love with this travel plaza. A little over priced. However, for one, the HR department are champs at hiring probably the friendliest and happiest people I've ever come across. The store and bathrooms are insanely clean. I've never been somewhere that I didn't feel cooties on me when using the restroom. I would've seriously considered setting my purse on the floor in this lavatory. I mean spotless. Went to Hardee's for a snack. Shelby is one amazing employee. She literally put a smile on my face and made my day. I am just so psyched about this entire visit to Loves. I frequent the one in Lodi and I've never felt so much genuine concern and kindness as from the person at the front register on the truck stop side and, again from Shelby at Hardee's. She knew I was frustrated and made my ordering food so simple by providing some of her favs and throwing a joke or two in there. I am just completely stoked about the cleanliness and the friendliness at this service Plaza. I would absolutely go out of my way to stop here again. Because with the Loves reward card and with the Upside app, I saved a ton on gas on top of everything else. I am just so happy. This is the boost that my mood needed today. So thank you Shelby and everyone at loves truckstop. You helped me more than you could know today!!!”

“came in on my bicycle with my two year old grandson and wound up with a flat tire. We were several miles away from home, and I stopped in to buy a tire pump. They did not carry anything like that in the store, but one of the girl employees kept a small tire compressor in her car. She proceeded outside, pulled her car up., hooked up the compressor and filled our tires! She really save the day and went the extra mile to help us get home can't thank her enough!!!”

“5 stars all the way. This mostly applies to their pharmacy because after years of using a competitor to them I'm super pleased with this Walgreens customer service. The pharmacist is really friendly, the staff is great. Usually a guy with a beard waits on us and he's always super friendly and efficient. He moves the line fast, greets everyone with a smile and really seems to enjoy helping people. Sorry, I don't remember his name but my wife and are there at least once a month getting prescriptions and I just wanted to really give a rating to reflect that. To management give the bearded guy in the pharmacy kudos and a bonus he rocks. This is the sort of staff that makes customers happy.Anyway, great location and great staff, I would recommend anyone switch to this Walgreens pharmacy.”

“I really appreciate that despite the time I stopped there, 3am, the doors are opened to go inside. Always scary standing in line at a Speedway at 3am, shady is how I describe most of the people waiting in said line. Plus when it's cold out it's nice to be able to warm up for that few glorious minutes before for going back out into it. Very welcoming and my favorite because of it.”

“I had the nicest person wait on me today 1/11/23 in the morning. The lottery machine didn't print one of my tickets that I wanted, I was playing two different number, I didn't think it was a big deal and changed my mind on even purchasing it. The cashier ended up playing my number and paid for it. He said he'd feel bad if the number came out and I didn't win. I thought that was the most thoughtful gesture ever! It cost him $2. I hope I win so I can split the winnings! You guys will have more of my business for now on!”

“I see so many negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my positive experience with the North Canton MinuteClinic. My daughter had a situation and needed to be seen on a Saturday, instead of waiting until Monday to see her Dr. Let me tell you, this MinuteClinic came in clutch! We got right in on a Saturday, she was seen quickly and efficiently, and everyone was super nice. Very nice nurse, very nice nurse practitioner (I believe his name was Jesse), and very nice service at the pharmacy. They saved me so much time in getting my daughter the treatment she needed, and I am ahead of the game thanks to them! If not for MinuteClinic, I would have had to wait until Monday to call her Dr, take time off work to take her in, and take another trip to get her prescription. MinuteClinic really saved the day for us and I appreciate everyone we saw that day for the excellent service we received!”
