“I have been at this storage for two years now. Randy has been helpful and understanding when I had trouble with the new online system to pay the bill or even with the old system. Because we all know sometimes there are glitches with WiFi or just in general computer systems. He has always been helpful with any questions and/or concerns I have had. I”
“My mother and I rented 2 units because the monthly rate was very reasonable however, they raised the monthly rate twice in one year. My mother’s unit was broken into and trashed along with 11 others. There was only one security camera on the entire property. The customer service representative gave me an incorrect final balance prior to moving out of the unit and then charged me a late fee! The entire experience was awful. I think they need to change the name SecurCare doesn’t exactly fit.”
“Have rented from straight lines for many years! They have every size you could ever want, we started out with just a very small one for miscellaneous things we couldn’t store at our house then we seen how convenient it is to have an actual place to keep off season things, we have slowly upgraded! I also feel like our unit is so very secure, you can tell how much pride they have in their units & security!”
