“Clean and small Amish store. You can find large bags of chips like the old days. Very nice staff. A great assortment of the basics to cook or bake. Seasonings, milk, eggs, bacon, etc. Stone driveway right in front and ground level entrance. I paid cash as most Amish do no credit cards. No restrooms.”

“Full service grocery ? store with bakery, deli, meat, produce, and dairy departments. Weekly ad comes out Wednesday in the Star Beacon or get a copy in the store by the front registers. Many products from many different vendors. There is always a good buy. Utility bill payment service at back office. I want to give a shout out to the deli. The 5oz Ham and Swiss Cheese Sub was excellent. There was so much cheese. Sorry for no picture, I'll buy another one for sure. thanks.”
“Clean store with wide variety of name brand items. I shop here for their great selections of Cheese. Nice bottles of red blend wines for under $10.00. Dislike the self checkouts, but it saves me money, I'm good with it. Produce is pretty fresh, as is the baked goods and bread.”
“I want to send Kudos to employee, Nikki, at Drug Mart, 110 Chestnut Commons Elyria, Ohio. I mentioned to Nikki that I saw a lot of broken glass where I parked. Immediately Nikki got a broom and cleared the glass. I was worried that someone would step out of their car and onto the glass. Nikki was friendly and reacted right away, which probably protected someone's feet or car tires. I hope Nikki and the other employees working on the Holiday enjoy a safe and Happy July 4th!”
“Clean store, well stocked. I thought some of the prices were higher than at Aldi but this store is in convenient location and we found everything we needed. The store was busy but Josh who checked us out and he was personable, pleasant, quick and accurate.”
“Lots to choose from. Very reasonable prices. Compared to bigger chain stores like Walmart, I saved a ton of money. Plus, their produce beats the competition hands down.”
“I was in yesterday and bought a roast and mashed potatoes w/carrots. Dinner tastes great but the carrots could have been cooked for another 20 minutes. Things are hard as a rock.”
“Gotta give this place 5 stars because they had the best gas prices around. It was on $3.39 and other places were higher. I will say this place might be difficult to get gas. If you pull along side the building, you could have to back up if the person is still in front of you. A little disappointed I had to go inside to get my receipt, but the price made up for that.”
“I called the Bakery here at GIANT EAGLE, needing a beautiful Pink Birthday Cake for my daughter our Sweet Princess.Well I wasn't surprised when they said Yes they could have it ready with only 22 hours notice, being New Year's Eve day I needed it.The Valery employee, was very knowledgeable about what they had to offer, and kind to me. I was in need of this important Cake, and WALMART REFUSED TO TAKE THE ORDER.WALMART EMPLOYEE Informed Me that They NEEDED AT LEAST 48 hours notice.Well I Have To Say that the Cakes from WALMART Are LESS THAN GOOD, Compared to the Cakes at GIANT EAGLE.You may PAY A Few $$ More, BUT DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE.DO Yourself a Favor, Get Your next CA k e at GIANT EAGLE, You'll thank yourself, their Bakery and hopefully ? Me.Have a Wonderful Year.”

“Nice place for good groceries at a nice price. Always clean inside and out. I love the redone salads for $3.99 and cheaper. The perfect amount. Still have people at a few registers. I love that feature. Easy in and out parking with enough handicap places. You do not need to bring your own bags for packing. Handicap access with easy entrance doors.”
“Never enough lanes open, and the self-checkout malfunctions a lot. However, the cashiers are all very personable. And, they have a good selection of gluten free products now! Super Wal-Mart, so it has everything you could need. When I go with the kids, we can never leave before seeing the fish tanks!”

“Good place & We drive 10 - 15 into Conneaut from Pa. Because there's no DG store in Pa. like that one with such a expanded grocery items, & fresh produce items like this one... it's worth the drive. But the last time We were in there, the toilet in the women's rest room was turned towards the wall, & was about to fall over because it was VERY LOOSE ! And the men's restroom was shut down & out of order.. and I told the blonde manager (female), about the women's room and she didn't even care, & I told her that it needed tightened before someone sue's them for falling over on it...& asked her how bad is the men's restroom if the women's is open, & that the toilet is falling off the floor ? She didn't even care ! ?????? ?”
“In the past few weeks the dollar general folks have really stepped it up and still manage to keep a smile. Plus only place I find toilet paper. Everytime. Lol. But true.”
“I go here almost 4times a week, the reviews are kind of biased and it's not always stocked on the popular stuff like Takis but the people working there are nice, and it has everything you would need for a convienient store.”
