Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. That really shows me he wants to help his guests and not just do what he absolutely must. 10 star review for these two employees!”
“This is for Kim and Cassandra in customer service. I placed an order on website, but couldn’t find/access to add delivery note. So I called the store. Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.”

“I went to Vitcom just browsing the plaza of Harbor Freight, Sakura Buffet, Don Ramones Restaurant, Cleveland Thrift and Furniture and Vitcom. I was surprised to see the items in Vitcom. I purchased a 350 sq ft 8000 BTU portable air conditioner unit (new) in the box for $200. They have the smaller ones from $135 in the box. The transaction was smooth and they email and text receipts to your phone, no paper receipts. When we arrived, they must have had at least 50 air conditioners. The next day maybe 25. I am proud of my purchase and I am enjoying my air conditioner.”

“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot.
We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there.
I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem.
Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig.
Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”

“They only have one option for inline water filter replacement o rings / gaskets. Universal kit but only comes with two unspecified gasket sizes! Ridiculous! Funny that they now seem to stock every possible AC contactor, dual run capacitor, universal motor, transformers (everything except a replacement compressor and indoor coil selection! Maybe stock a couple more $1.25 regular everyday maintinence parts before turning into famous supply.”
