I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”

“I chose the Best Buy “Geek Squad” to install a Uniden radar detector (R8W - New Model), plus a Redtiger dash cam (F17Elite). They were installed in 2 separate visits, over the course of a couple of weeks, due to scheduling.
The Best Buy technician who installed both units was Agent Tim. I found Tim to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very conscientious. It was my good fortune that he worked on my vehicle! Tim is a great ambassador for the Best Buy brand, and I hope that management recognizes him.
Now, the Uniden radar detector has operated flawlessly. No issues. It works out of the box, exactly as advertised.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Redtiger dash cam. While the front, rear, and cabin cameras work (as advertised) when my vehicle is moving, the Parking Mode function is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Agent Tim installed the dash cam correctly.
I am frustrated beyond belief.
The only saving grace is that the Redtiger customer service team is absolutely passionate about resolving the issue with the Parking Mode. I have spoken to Emerson on the phone, and I’ve exchanged emails with Emma. They have been outstanding in terms of trying to resolve the issue, and they are truly customer-focused and driven in their eagerness to deliver a solution. I can’t say enough about their genuine desire to get this Parking Mode issue remedied.
I’ll update this Review as needed, especially if I get caught-up in a “he said/she said” between Redtiger and Best Buy, which I don’t anticipate…”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot.
We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there.
I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem.
Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig.
Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”
