“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave advice for first time bike owner but weren’t pushy about what I should get. Actually would recommend gear then walk away to let me try on and make decisions for what I found comfortable. I appreciate that kind of service. Didn’t try to sell me anything just answering questions I had. And they asked questions about what bike I had how where and when I plan to ride to help with selection of gear.”

“Hit a deer at 2 am on the Ohio Turnpike halfway between home and NYC. Was at BTA's door when they opened, offered a seat, coffee and the most amazing immediate help to get us back on the road. My car was repaired, amazingly in 2 weeks. It looks new, pristine inside and I was on the road again in minutes heading home feeling cared for as much as my car! North Olmsted and this area of Ohio are blessed to have these folks available for the inevitable time when your car has been damaged. I can't thank them enough.”

Watch what you do. You can get some deals but you have to use the internet against the people behind the cowner example. Tonight. Northwestern city, just call me what the online price was and it's total was 428 online was 360 and he went ahead and matched the online, but just goes to show you, I need to do your math with these things. Look out for you nobody else does”
“I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The team was super friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was honestly really impressed with how quickly they got everything done—the turnaround time was much faster than I expected.
What really stood out to me was the paintwork. My car has a pretty unique color/shimmer, and they matched it perfectly. I couldn’t believe how seamless it looked—it honestly looked just like the original paint. They clearly take a lot of pride in getting the details right.
I was also out of the country for three weeks, and they had to hold onto my car for over a week and a half. They stored it securely at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And when I came to pick it up, not only had they washed the exterior, but I also noticed they cleaned up the inside of the car too—a really thoughtful touch.
All in all, I’m really happy with the work they did and how they treated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for quality repairs and a team that goes the extra mile.”
