Auto Zone across the road turned me away saying the battery was too difficult to install Roy the mgr not only installed my battery, tested the entire system in the rain and storm! Then he politely refused a tip I tried to give him saying providing great service is all that matters. That's the last time I ever go to Auto Zone. O'Reilly's is lucky to have Roy.”
