“My wife and I frequently shop the North Olmsted location, and we frequently have experienced excellent shopping conditions, culture, and positive interactions with staff members. Not to mention the products! Earlier today, I was shopping at Aldi in North Olmsted, and I experienced OUTSTANDING customer service. Above and beyond customer services, actually. I observed/experienced no less than 3 employees going above and beyond during my shopping experience. Thank you to them! Other shoppers were also experiencing and benefiting from the 3 employees professionalism and well above average customer service being exemplified. I was shopping around 10 am this morning 7/18. Whomever is in HR for Aldi, well done hiring such quality people. Whomever is in management at this location, Kudos! Many thanks to all.”
“They have good prices on a lot of things. Sometimes you just don't want to go to Costco so this is a a good choice. There is plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. There isn't a huge meat department.”
“I like this so-called, Giant Eagle grocery store. I haven't found the eagle yet, but I will still look occasionally for it.
(They got Amazon delivery lockers inside. Just in case u dont want the misses or mister to see your... personal packages)
Man, this store has the nicest liquor department I have ever seen (inside another store)... and it's right smack dab in the middle of a grocery store. I must have walked past it half a dozen times before it was shown to me. I don't partake in the devils tasty beverages.. I like the devils lettuce, but that's a different story for another time. Anyway it's a nice store. They got a liquor store, a Starbucks, and a public restaurant. I'm not saying they are all intertwined, but hey, when ur thirsty for a Frappuccino and u gotta grab some taco shells, some Swishers, and a pack of toilet paper, this is the place to go.
I think they used to stay open all night, but like my lovelife, those late night shopping hours became victims of the corona.
There's not much to say besides. i wish I was a little more confident to strike up a conversation with some of the women that visit coz wow, I have seen my future ex-wife several times shopping for vegetables.
Staff is friendly and always helpful.

“So this place makes amazing hummus and I don't know what the other stuff is but I usually mix it in the hummus and dip some pretzels in there. I have gotten spices and these little things that are green that look like eggplants.. I have gotten dill and other fresh herbs as well at a reasonable price. And don't get me started on the spinach stuffed bread that is pretty amazing.”
“A great spot in the community. Truly life changing with the drive through? never have to get out of my car for redbull or beer. And they are always friendly there. 10/10”
“Would be 5 stars, but your self checkouts aren’t able to be used without the single self check person (the self check people are kind, I’m sure they don’t get paid enough) running back and forth between 6 registers (upgrade those self checks or get rid of them at this point everyone complains about them every time I’m there), and then the middle aged bald guy with blue eyes at the customer service counter seemed super annoyed to help my mother check out when she had mostly discounted items so she couldn’t use the self check when she tried and the self check person directed her to go there for help. Floor staff are always helpful.”
“The cashier is very polite and I saw him return an envelope with cash to a customer that had dropped it, while leaving. We need more honest businesses like this.”

“Great little Korean store with very friendly staff. The only downside is that since it is a small store, their inventory is fairly limited. I hope that they one day expand their seafood and frozen inventory, and maybe sell fresh food (like Gimbap) as they once did in the past!”
