“Was seen @Urgent Care almost immediately after arriving. They provided excellent service. I was in great pain, so they sent me elsewhere to get an X-ray bcuz their tech went home for the day. YES, will highly recommend n will return again in the future. Minus star though bcuz the guy @front desk of bldg was NOT so nice to me (not @Urgent Care front desk); highly recommend to send him to Customer Service Training.”

“Quest Lab just off the outpatient lobby. Fast and efficient. First went to two other testing labs (UH in Ridgeville and NOMS lab Westlake and over 1.5 hour wait to get in. Went to Quest lab in the hospital and a 3 min wait. Super fast and convenient and friendly staff.”

“I had perhaps the best experience I've ever had with Quest at this hospital. Not only was the phlebotomist endlessly kind, she was also extremely patient with me (as someone who tends to pass out with needles, I don't often get patience from the doctors drawing my blood, so I was pleasantly surprised!). She let me take as much time as I needed to stop feeling dizzy, didn't rush me out of the room, and the best part was that I didn't even feel the needle go into my skin. Good phlebotomist and a good person. Quest is usually a disaster experience for me, so I would definitely go to this lab over other ones!”
