“Bill did a great job, another local shop couldn’t/wouldn’t make the effort after charging me $160, don’t go there, you’ll go “broke.” I could tell from speaking with Bill, he’s got the knowledge and experience. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, just go to Procom.”

I walked in and asked Kenn to sale me on a phone (meaning… telling me about all the perks, positive's and negative’s) Kenn showed me 3 different types of iPhones… & explained the pros and cons) he had so much patience and answered all the questions that I had! Kenn also informed me on the other accessories that I could add to my plan for very little cost. Which was my new Apple Watch and iPad! I walked out of there paying less than 200 for the newest iPhone, newest Apple Watch and a iPad! You can’t beat these specials or customer service! These guys even found a way to get me a phone case and tablet case! #1 in customer service and support. Thank you again Kenn, you’ll forever be my go to guy when it comes to my phone or any other electronic devices.”
“When I stopped in the store was busy. While I waited I noticed the staff interacting with other customers. They took the time to provide assistance regardless how busy it was. It was clear they provide great customer service. When it was my turn, Frankie helped explain costs involved with a new phone and was even able to lower my phone bill. I highly recommend this store.”

“Well this is my update? actually the service was great the person who attended me was David great person 10/10? answered all my questions, only negative thing is that you do have to wait like 1 hour to be attended, other guy stayed 2 hours with some clients, they should try to fix that because that is something really negative, but everything else was great ? thanks to David ?”

“10/10 experience all around! My go to phone repair and accessory store. The owner and staff are amazing! I will not go anywhere else besides here! I come here at least a few times a month to get new screen protectors and cases because they are the most reasonably priced out of any phone store I’ve been to! At&T tried charging me 60+ for a case I found for $15 over here! I won’t go anywhere else!”
