“Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.”

“They have nice fashion and there very friendly but sometimes there clothes are jankie and quality isnt so good. I loved this shirt soon as I saw it, bought it and washed it one time and the letters washed off already. I started to take it back cause that's really a waste of money but took the tag off and threw it away and so i said forget it I'm just not buying none of there t shirts with letters on it no more. “I was in the area for lunch and while walking past this store, we spotted this t-shirt in display by the window so I knew I had to get it. Went inside the store and unfortunately they only had a S and 3XL. The worker said this was a popular shirt (which I'm not surprised) and helped me check if the other locations had a M in stock. Since the other locations were pretty far away, she gave me a free shipping code to order the shirt online. Order placed Friday afternoon and I got my shirts on Wednesday. First time coming into this store and it was a great experience!”

Dennis put the best outfit (suit/shirt/tie/socks/shoes/belt) together for us. My son looked fantastic on prom day/night.
Yesterday, my husband needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, so we headed to K&G again.

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”
