“I cannot recommend Jack and JL Custom Clothiers enough. I had the most pleasant experience throughout the months leading up to my wedding. Jack was extremely helpful and friendly while picking out fabrics, colors, accessories, etc. He always made a point to be on time for every meeting and was always prepared.These are pictures I'll have for the rest of my life along with the memories. “I was really impressed by the selection here and the amount of things I found in their clearance section. The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”

“This review is long overdue...John the manager of the store is an absolute class act. I purchased flys (6-7 months ago) and discovered I was overcharged (3x) on them. I didn' t have the receipt but they found me in the system. Told me they would refund me or to come down and said they would take care of me. They certainly gave me a full customer service experience and made sure I was made whole and then some. No hassle. I like supporting this store because I see John at a lot of fundraising and awareness events. I'm still not a 100% Orvis gear guy (I'm too nerdy and picky with my fly equipment) but would consider switching simply because of the culture they and good-vibe environment they have at the shop. Kudos!!!”

“The people that work here are great. Positive attitudes and very helpful. I love the clothes and coats at Eddie Bauer, although a little pricey, worth it because it's quality and they have a great warranty. This visit, Jen & Ben helped me exchange a coat that I was having issues with. Ben was new (although at first I couldn't tell, he told me) but had great confidence and was very friendly. His manager, Jen, gave him the space to try this return on his own and he almost did it but there was some confusion so she stepped in. Great team work and great interaction amongst them. I felt like they were friends of mine and we were figuring it out together. It was resolved and I got my new coat. I was very pleased.”

“One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!”

“Went to this shop on lunch break for some Christmas gifts. The selection was great and the employees are awesome. I was treated very kindly and the cashier even told me details about the items I had chosen. I think my Mom is going to love the nice items I bought her here for Christmas!
