“Conrad's was great! I thought the alignment was off on my car, only to realize that I had driven over a nail which poked a hole in my tire. I called this morning and Conrad's was able to get my car in and fixed my tire in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.”

“Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff very willing to explain. I was sitting in the lobby and watched them politely and professionally apologize to a customer who had to return because of a problem from earlier servicing. They took a look at the situation, they agreed that something had come loose and took care of this gentleman. They didn't charge me to confirm that a screw in my tire had not gone all the way through the tread. Service done right, go here.”

“I’m a new customer at Conrad’s I took my car for the third time this year and I have read some bad reviews but I wanted to try the service and judge for my self instead of reading couple of bad reviews… and I must say they gave me great service and didn’t make me wait forever took my car in fixed it and I was on my way… I dealt with Bryan he is a good guy kept me updated and gave me an estimate and made the process easier… I will definitely be going back there in the future.”
“I received prompt, courteous, expert level service here this morning. I live in Texas, and had no idea where to go. Thankfully, I found Express Lane. As they worked, I heard them calling out double-checks to one another, checking for leaks, etc. They even checked the air in my tires and vacuumed the driver and passenger compartments without my asking. Very impressed! Highly recommend!”

“Nice, fast, and easy !!! Everyone wants to quick oil change it always an inconvenience I know. I was expecting to walk in have someone try and sell me everything. Not here. You stay in your car, drive in, check checks, fluid top off, tire check, immediately start changing oil, checking filters, quick recommendations all while in the car ! Will definitely recommend, pro tip: get a Groupon and get 20% off.”

These places usually get a bad wrap but I have had multiple experiences at this shop where they found damage/potential problems with my vehicle before starting the oil change. “Great overall shop that excels with speedy service and fantastic customer service. Alyssa was the most recent tech that helped me here. I appreciate how kind she and the rest of the team were. I was running late to work and they got me in and out very quickly. Never felt pressured or "sold" on things I don't need. They seem to only recommend services if they are genuinely applicable or needed. My only con, which isn't the shops fault, is that they are unable to reset my oil light indicator for my Volkswagen. Requires taking it to the dealer which is very unfortunate. I'll come to this shop for everything and anything else though.”

“We came there for a replacement for a tire but unfortunately the Auto tech’s weren’t able to do so because our car is AWD. But we’re still able to get an oil change for our vehicle! I don't think I would have made it through that craziness if it weren't for your kindness and willing to go above and beyond for us. Crystal stayed late to make sure that we were taking care of. I truly hoped for a quick resolution of my problem but it is a Saturday afternoon... So. “When I purchased a tire from them, the invoice stated puncture repairs free for life time of the tire. Had a puncture after 3 months and took it to them. They did it very professionally without any fuss and free of charge, including tire balancing. Service manager Greg personally fixed the tire by himself to release me fast. Thank you guys ?.”
