“I've been to the N Olmsted location on Lorain Rd a couple times now. After saying I would never go to another after a really bad experience. The 2 guys there were awesome. Friendly, helpful, and a bit funny to talk to. They even let me use my coupon. A few years back I went to the one in Parma and they knew my phone had just died and wouldn't help me use my coupon. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“I had a blown tire tow truck came and brought my car to Conrads. I met with Bryan at the counter who listened to my issue. Help me select the best tires to replace two tires on my vehicle. He didn’t try to oversell me. He just listened to what was wrong. They inpsected the vehicle. Replaced the two tires and got me out of there pretty quick. Thanks”
