“Where do I even begin! I researched good moving companies and this one is the place you are looking for!
First, the office administrator/coordinator Brittney is AMAZING! She worked with me for almost a month coordinating the best way for me to move things from two places to my new home with my fiancé! She communicates well, is very kind and down to earth, and makes sure that you are getting the best service. I changed things up until a few days before which was probably annoying but Brittney was optimistic and worked to make sure my best interests were met.
Second, the movers were kind and easy to talk with. They worked hard with our couch which proved to be harder than we expected but they got it done with no complaints.
Overall, it was worth what we paid for and will be using this company in the future!”
“I'm so sorry to the other two men because I didn't ask their names, but Joe and the other guys were absolutely amazing! This was my first time using a professional moving company, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I requested an estimate, Two Men and Truck were wonderful. James sent several email reminders and asked if I needed to change anything. Joe and the guys were on time and had my studio cleared in no time. For our household move (crew of 5, 2 medium-sized trucks) they were incredibly fast (all furniture from 8 rooms and much packing of kitchen goods and clothing - done in 4 hours, from the time they arrived until they drove off (admittedly the two houses are less than 5 miles apart, but still!), very experienced (not one ding, crack, or bump), skilled (even moved an incredibly awkward and incredibly heavy outdoor sculpture), good natured (always willing to answer a question, never a gruff remark), and a very fair price to boot. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone... far FAR above our expectations!”

In my move from Columbus to Ohio, they moved a five-bedroom house worth of stuff with damage to only one side table. The crews on both ends cared about us and our belongings. They also were very respectful and had a great sense of humor (with me and together), making the move a more relaxing and positive experience. Will work with them on my next move, if possible.”

“Moving across the country is ordinarily a challenging process. U-Pack made it hassle-free. We called U-Pack, got a very reasonable quote (especially reasonable compared to competitors) and had a moving container delivered exactly when we needed it. The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!”
