They have done an impeccable job keeping the place fresh and inviting throughout the multiple decades it has been open. I travel from downtown Cleveland every year skipping every other flower and garden shop on my way strictly to go here. Wide selection of all types of plants and an unbeatable selection of lawn and house ornaments to fill up all your empty spaces. Keep up the good work yall!”

“Stopped in for the first time today. There are SO many petunias and begonias. They have a huge selection of flowers ready to plant and even a few houseplants. I bought a lovely coral colored begonia and a hoya australis lisa. Havent seen either of those in stores. I would highly recommend looking here first for spring color and summer starter plants! The amount of proven winners pots is quite surprising.”
“Once again job rite bailed me out.
I only needed one bead done on my tractor tire. I tried to remount a new tire on my riding mower. Next time I'll leave it to job right. They bailed me out with a fair price for the one bead. AG wanted full price for the job which is almost the cost of the tire.
Working with the community is why I give them 5 stars today and now I can rest my back that I hurt trying to do something I thought small and simple, next tire I go right to job right. Thanks”

She answered all of my questions and recommended a product to help keep my flowers looking their best until the end of their season. “I was looking for a small bag of sand for my wife to use in her house plants. I had no clue where to look or what I was looking for, but I asked an employee who knew exactly what I needed. She took me directly to the shelf and showed me what I was looking for. It was a 5 lb. bag and just what my wife wanted.”
“I've ordered mulch and firewood from them. The mulch was fine. Very good quality and I'm very happy with it. The firewood came covered in mud and was very wet. Not seasoned. Further, there were many large pieces that weren't split, this is the worst firewood I've ever gotten.Edit: Kurtz called me and they made it right. I appreciate them taking accountability and doing the right thing.”

“I had not been to the Strongsville Maria's Garden location in about 10 years. I called in advance because I was looking for a particular plant, they were very helpful over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of healthy house plants that they have.
Their staff members were all extremely kind. I did not get a chance to look around too much because I arrived shortly before closing time, but hope to go back before Christmas.”

“I purchased a riding lawn mower. The sales person, Jim Novak was very helpful and knowable about the unit.
Home depot has a 90-day satisfaction return policy.
After using it a couple time, I determined that my lawn is too hilly for a riding mower. The mower worked fine it just didn't like mowing on the side of a hill.
I called Jim and told him of my decision to return it. He was very professional, respectful, there was no challenge to my decision.
Within a couple hours he came to my home and picked up the mower. He even saw to it that my credit card was credited for the purchase. I didn't even have to come into the store.
I'll be in the market for a new mower very soon and rest assured I will be getting it from Home Depot.

“I'm so impressed with this stores customers service, an extra thanks to Dave the Pro dept. manager. We live in Richmond hts and this particular project has had us at 3 Home depot stores,looking to stop at 2 more. Long drive, but this store was well worth the drive, project back on schedule.

“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
“I always have a great experience at Tractor Supply... but, I would like to update everyone- including the employees. When promoting your credit cards to customers, understand that it is a hard credit pull (not a soft), and does show up on your report and does affect your score.”
“Jim Zupan In appliances was above reproach. I came in with my Mom as she was looking to replace all the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and Jim was beyond helpful. My mom really didn’t know what she needed and Jim was right there being incredibly helpful. He didn’t upsell or try to push anything on us. He was straightforward and very very knowledgeable and even told us about features we simply didn’t need. We decided to get all the appliances and actually waited a couple days till Jim was back as we only wanted to work with Jim. HIGHLY recommend!!! (As a bonus, he would laugh at my stupid dad jokes lol)”
