“Ended up with a flat tire in a parking lot. I called SO many companies (distance sort) before Ronnie was able to assist. I verified I had a spare tire, and he showed up. He changed the tire and saw it was a screw in my tire. He said if I wanted to save the tire, he had a shop nearby and could fix it up. Drove there, and sure enough, he and his associates fixed the tire and put the spare back. He saved my butt in a very unfamiliar part of town. Thanks!”

“This is an amazing tow yard with quality caring people! They answered my call early Mon which was great so I didn't have to worry because I wanted to see it. They told me what I needed to do for the release and are very organized with the keys etc!! I only have use of one hand after my accident and my ID, money, and hotel key fell out when I fumbled for my phone for the Uber. I was in a panic. Within 10 mins they were at my car hooking it up & driving it to the mechanic for me. I will only be calling Westside towing if I ever need a tow in the future! “They have always been fair and honest with our family. Tim, the owner, has been in the service business with his family for years in Garfield Heights. He will not just hang cheap parts on your vehicle just to say he fixed it. Very conscientious and will be fair with pricing the job. It's too bad people give reviews based on their anger like the one gentleman who had a bad experience with an employee. Employers, unfortunately can't be everywhere all of the time, That certainly is not their way of doing business. Really nice having a local place to go not corporate.”

“So impressed with the service that Alex provided! We were downtown at midnight, and our car broke down. We needed a tow and ride back home. Not the end of the world... but slightly nerve-racking. Alex arrived, assured us all was fine, confidently handled the situation, and was pleasant to converse with on the trip home. He even backed our car up our long driveway with ease - positioning it ready for repair. I couldn't ask for more in that situation. 5 stars.”

“Passing through the area in our van, we stopped not sure about some noise and whether or not it was serious. Dejan took time out of his busy day to look. My immediate impression was that this man knows his way around a vehicle inside and out. He carefully combed over the van allthewhile rattling off issues to keep an eye on. He concluded our van was good to go for the trip. Much relieved we started to climb back in when it occurred to us that we hadn't paid. Dejan had already returned to the building. I ran after him and pointed out our omission when he smiled and said, that he is glad to help. There would be no charge. Who does that? What a great guy! What a great shop!
The conclusion: a week later we dropped in at our home mechanic which confirmed Dejan was spot on with everything. Thank you again guys!”
