The store was immaculate with friendly and helpful staff. Helpful sales representatives go above and beyond. The Assistant Store Manager and his team saved a customer from a disastrous experience, escalating an issue to approve a return. This location is much nicer than most home improvement stores around Cleveland and is a go-to location. It is a standard Lowe's, though aisles need cleared from unfinished shelf stocking and some smaller items are not stocked.
