“I asked the tall young fellow for help to get a certain screw. All he said was it would be at the last aisle. Spent quite a while trying to locate the screw. The great owner freed up and found it immediately as always, he is terrific. Then I was was trying to find a natural bristle paint brush but wasn't sure because the brushes are all wrapped up. I asked the young fellow and he said they would be in aisle 5, which I had just spent several minutes unwrapping multiple brushes trying to find one. Left without a brush.”

“I had to bring an EGO mower here for warranty repairs. It was actually a really good experience. It was busy but there were plenty of people working the counter so I only had to wait a few minutes. Everything feels clean and organized. The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and quick at their jobs. The place just seems really well run and professional. I don't write reviews often, but they impressed me enough that I felt like I had to give them some praise. Keep it up, guys.”

“Gentleman in there was very professional and courteous, he even helped recommend a comparison for a tool that I was looking for and they didn't currently have, so he referred me to other places and even though I would much like to have purchased the hardware store because he referred me and was not worried about losing my business, he actually my gained respect and I would actually go back there and give them my business, just because he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me on some products that I really couldn't afford.”

“I’m new to woodworking and walked into Woodcraft with a few unfinished cutting boards and absolutely no idea where to go next. Jeff immediately took me under his wing and patiently walked me through using a drum sander, a jointer, and shared so many awesome tips and suggestions. His guidance was not only invaluable for a beginner like me, but also advice I’ll carry with me forever. Jeff is genuinely one of the kindest and most passionate associates I’ve ever met. I truly appreciated his time, expertise, and kindness. Having a local Woodcraft nearby is an incredible resource as I continue learning woodworking. I can’t recommend this store—or Jeff—enough!”

“They had exactly the bulb I needed. I called several hardware stores looking for a Sylvania fluorescent bulb. No one had it in the size that I needed which was 24 inches except Bloom Brothers. They put two bulbs aside for me and I picked them up and they fit perfectly. Friendly fast reliable service. Glad they are close by.”

“Outstanding customer service. I arrived looking for a specific product that was out of stock, but the staff immediately stepped in to help. They were able to locate the item and went above and beyond by making a trip to their plant to acquire it for me the same day. Thanks to their exceptional effort and dedication, I was able to complete my project on time. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. I truly appreciate everything they did and will definitely be back for future business.”

“10 years ago Cleveland Plumbing supplied all of the fixtures for our newly built house and did a great job then. It’s now 10 years later and we just had a warranty issue with our sink. They were super helpful in getting it resolved. They earned a forever customer of me as a result of their integrity and true care for solving a customer issue! Couldn’t recommend Cleveland Plumbing Supply more.”

“Had a great experience with Kwana in the appliance department. Customer service was great with Ann plus the store manager Lee was awesome! Everyone deserves a raise!”

“Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”
23100 Miles Rd, Bedford Heights OH 44128
“Service and accuracy will vary based on location, but every location is staffed with at least one or two knowledgeable people with an very good understanding of parts and their common trade names. I go here multiple times a week and very rarely have an issue and if I do, they fix it quick. Best supply house in NE ohio. Wait times can be excessive so call ahead!”
